The housekeeping service was exceptional, providing daily cleaning that maintained a pleasant atmosphere. the fresh breakfast options, including fruits and juices, added value to my mornings. The staff, particularly Nadia at reception, were particularly welcoming and attentive, allowing early check-in after a long bus journey, which I greatly appreciated. Located just a few blocks from the bustling Plaza Independencia, the hotel strikes a balance between being close to the action while also maintaining a quieter environment for relaxation. The Windsor Hotel serves as a practical base for those looking to explore the city without compromising on comfort, making it a wise choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a touch of luxury.
